Detail

In this section, you can view and manage all essential details related to your contracts, including:

Contract General Details

  • Overview: Access a summary of the contract, including key terms, start and expiration dates, and remaining days.

  • Status: Check the current status of the contract, such as Active or Closed.

  • Download Contract: Access and download the contract document.

    • Click on Download Contract button in the detail card.

Customer Details

  • Information: View detailed information about the customer involved in the contract, including name, trade license, contact information, nationality, and any relevant notes.

Office Details

  • Location: Review the specifics of the office or cabin associated with the contract, including related equipment details.

    • You can edit the office selection by clicking on the Pencil icon.
    • Add the information and click on the Add button.
    • After selecting the offices, click on the Update button.

General Info

  • Here you can get the Payment and Reports details. You can also add Additional Notes here.

Payment Terms

  • Here you can see all your terms, and you can also add, edit, and download your terms. Additionally, you can add Partial Payments for a single term.

  • Partial payments:

    • To add a partial payment, open the options menu (three dots) for the term with a status of 'unPaid' and click on 'Add Payment.'

    • Add the information and click on the Add button.

    • You can also download your partial payment by clicking on Download.

Attachments

  • You can add multiple attachments to one contract just by clicking on the Attachment field.

  • You can also download your attachments by clicking on the DownArrow and delete them by clicking on the Trash icon.

Closed Contract

  • By closing a contract, the offices occupied by that contract will become available. After closing, you will be able to select and use these offices again.

    • Click on the Gear icon.

    • Click on Mark as Closed.
