Create
Efficiently Create and Manage Contracts with These Six Steps:
Duration
Define the contract period by specifying the start and expiry dates. This step ensures that all contractual obligations are clear and time-bound.
- Select and dates and click on the Next button.
Expiry date should be equal to or greater than start date.
Office/Cabin
Select the office or cabin associated with the contract. This allows you to allocate specific resources or spaces as part of the agreement.

Click on Select Office / Cabin button.

Select the office that you want to allocate with the flow of Floor -> Unit -> Office.

Select the check of Furnished and Un-Furnished.

Click on Add button.

After the selection of offices click on Next button.
A contract can have more than one office, so you can add more offices by clicking on the Select Office / Cabin.
Customer
Enter the details of the customer involved in the contract. Include essential information such as name, email, DOB, trade number, and any other relevant data to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- First, select the customer type.

New Customer
- Click on New Customer radio card.
- Add the new customer information in the form.

Existing Customer
- Click on Existing Customer radio card.
- Select the customer from the given dropdown.

After selecting the customer, click on the Next button for the next step.
Payment Details
Provide the payment terms and conditions. This includes specifying the contract amount, discount, taxes, payment terms, and other details required for the contract.

Add the Rent Amount and Discount if you want to add.

Now add the Ejari type by selecting the radio button.

Add Ejari:
- After clicking on add the Ejari you want to get.

Inclusive:
- Ejari amount already added in the rent amount.

Ejari Not Required:
- Indicate that not required for the current contract.

Check the VAT checkbox if you want to apply it. The VAT percentage is predefined for the current property.
NoteA property has multiple taxes that are added in the property detail view.

Click on Shortcuts and Select the Properties Menu.

Click on the Property card.

Add the tax information and click on the create button.

Check the Security Deposit checkbox if you want to apply it.
- Select the Mode.
- Add the Deposit Amount.
- Add the Deposit Note if needed.

Check the Terms of Payment checkbox if you want to apply it.

Click on Add New and add the term.

Add the information and click on the Add button.
NoteYou can add multiple terms and as well as you can edit and remove them.

Click on Next button.
Sales Lead
Associate the contract with a specific sales lead. This helps in tracking the origin of the contract and understanding the sales process better. You can also skip this step if you don't want to add.

First select the Sale Lead type.

New Sale Lead
- Click on New Sale Lead radio card.
- Add the new Sale Lead information in the form.

Existing Sale Lead
- Click on Existing Sale Lead radio card.
- Select the Sale Lead from the given dropdown.
- Add the commission.

After selecting the Sale Lead click on Next button for the next step.
This step is totally optional. If you want to add, you can; else, skip it.
Review
Review all the details before finalizing the contract. Ensure that all information is correct and that the terms and conditions are clearly defined. Make any necessary adjustments before submitting.

Just Review the whole contract.

Click on Agree button and then click on Submit button.
